CSO has been an international leader in diagnostic ophthalmic instruments for more than fifty years. Since when it was born, the company has grown and conquered wider markets to become an undisputed leader. CSO has recently enlarged its plant with new production lines and by increasing the R&D sector with new engineers and software developer
CSO Tonometers are precision devices for the measurement of IOP. Tonometers conform with many reusable and single use measurement prisms. The read out of IOP is made directly on the knob of the device. A900 and F900 tonometers are compatible with the CSO SL990 slit lamp series. Z800 tonometer is compatible with CSO SL980 slit lamp series.
It has all the features of a high-end ophthalmic unit in a very reduced space. It has a new generation shatterproof touch-pad console, backlit, easy to use and to clean. On the console there are all the main commands and it is also possible to memorize various functions for a fast and comfortable use. FUSION can be equipped with an electric lifting plan, the command for the management of the electric anteroposterior movement of the chair is available (optional). The working plane for 2 instruments can be blocked and activated in any position. This feature makes the unit suitable for patients with motor difficulties. A wide range of accessories is available: chairs, ceiling lights, drawers and many other accessories to personalize the furnishing of the studio. As the whole range of CSO ophthalmic units, FUSION can be customized with a wide choice of colors.
It is a modern support station for 2 instruments fully compatible with a wide range of ophthalmic devices. The refraction unit is equipped with a practical and ergonomic command console which allows the optimal use of the instrumentation and gives the possibility to memorize all the working functions of the device for a fast and comfortable use. As the whole range of CSO ophthalmic units, ELEGANCE can be completely customized with a wide choice of colors.
It is an ophthalmic unit with a rotating plane designed for 3 ophthalmic instruments, it is available also in the version with a working plane with electronic height adjustment. ETOILE II offers the greatest functional capacity taking up a minimal amount of space and offers absolute reliability in every working situation. A version with minimum height of 74 cm, ideal to facilitate the entrance for disabled patients. The standard version can accommodate: Slit lamp, Ophthalmometer and an optional ophthalmic device. It is equipped with lenses drawer under the instrument plane. The command consoles make it very comfortable for everyday use and in all the working conditions. As the whole range of CSO ophthalmic units, ETOILE II can be customized with a wide choice of colors.
Is the most advanced device for the analysis of the anterior segment of the eye. MS-39 combines Placido disk corneal topography, with high resolution OCT-based anterior segment tomography. The clarity of the cross-sectional images, with a 16 mm diameter, along with the many details of the cornea structure and layers revealed by the MS-39, will be appreciated by anterior segment specialists. MS-39 provides information on pachymetry, elevation, curvature, and dioptric power of both corneal surfaces.
Endothelial microscopy is essential in the diagnosis of many corneal dystrophies, degenerative diseases and in the pre and post operative assessment of cataract surgery and corneal transplants. Perseus is a fully automated non-contact instrument, providing analysis of the corneal endothelium: the device quickly produces high-definition, quality, well-contrasted images. Cell density, Pleomorphism and Poimegatism values, as well as pachymetric data are calculated automatically. If it is necessary to make evaluations on the peripheral areas of the cornea, Perseus is equipped with a set of fixation targets allowing these measurements to be taken.
Sirius+ combines Placido Disk topography with Scheimpflug tomography of the anterior segment providing information on pachymetry, elevation, curvature, and dioptric power of both corneal surfaces over a diameter of 12 mm. All biometric measurements of the anterior chamber are calculated using up to 100 HR corneal sections. Measurement speed reduces the effect of eye movement producing a high-quality accurate measurement.
